Process transactions as per the SLA (both Accuracy & TAT)
Updating respective trackers timely and accurately
Follow-up on the transactions in pending status with dependency
At month-end, ensure processing of assigned tasks is completed timely & accurately as per the month close calendar.
Develop a high standard for quality of work and maintain a solid work ethic.
