Summary:
Lead the architecture and technical strategy for an AI-powered enterprise platform, driving innovation across machine learning, generative AI, data science, and scalable cloud systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design and evolve AI/ML architectures for classification, recommendation, prediction, and decision-support systems.

- Define model lifecycle strategies including training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous learning.

- Architect GenAI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, vector databases, knowledge graphs, and AI agents.

- Drive experimentation frameworks, confidence scoring, model calibration, and performance optimisation.





- Build scalable data and MLOps platforms supporting large-scale AI workloads and real-time inference.

- Partner with Data Scientists and Engineering teams to translate business problems into production-grade AI solutions.

- Establish technical standards for AI governance, observability, reliability, explainability, and responsible AI practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Robust expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI.

- Hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, ML platforms, and cloud-native architectures (Azure/AWS/GCP).

- Experience designing enterprise-scale AI products and deploying models into production.

- Knowledge of RAG, AI agents, vector search, MLOps, and distributed systems architecture.
