Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced OpenShift Infrastructure & Migration Engineer to design, deploy, administer, and migrate enterprise applications to Red Hat OpenShift. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in OpenShift platform administration, Kubernetes, containerization, Linux infrastructure, cloud platforms, CI/CD, and migration of legacy applications to containerized environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, upgrade, and manage Red Hat OpenShift clusters.
- Perform infrastructure migrations from on-premises to OpenShift or cloud-based OpenShift platforms.
- Migrate traditional applications to containerized microservices using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Build and maintain highly available OpenShift environments.
- Configure networking, storage, ingress, routes, and security policies.
- Manage cluster monitoring, logging, and alerting.
- Automate deployments using CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or Ansible.
- Troubleshoot cluster performance, networking, storage, and application deployment issues.
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and DevOps teams during migration projects.
- Ensure compliance with security and operational best practices.

Required Experience

- 6+ years in Linux Infrastructure/DevOps.
- 3+ years of hands-on OpenShift Administration.
- Experience with enterprise infrastructure migration projects.
- Strong experience deploying and managing production OpenShift clusters.
- Experience with Kubernetes networking, storage, security, and monitoring.
- Experience in cloud migration projects is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Red Hat OpenShift Administration Certification (preferred).
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
