Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Architect with expertise in IT Asset Management (ITAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro), and Software Asset Management (SAM Pro). The role involves designing and implementing enterprise-scale ServiceNow Asset Management solutions, defining architecture, leading technical teams, and ensuring governance, compliance, and platform best practices.

Mandatory Skills

- 11+ years of IT experience with 5+ years as a ServiceNow Architect
- Solid expertise in:
- ServiceNow ITAM, HAM Pro & SAM Pro
- CMDB, CSDM, Discovery & Service Mapping
- IntegrationHub, Flow Designer & Service Portal
- JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies & ACLs





- Experience integrating ServiceNow with SCCM, Intune, Flexera, JAMF, Azure AD, and other enterprise tools
- Strong knowledge of ITIL, Asset Lifecycle Management, Software License Compliance, CMDB Governance, and Enterprise Solution Architecture
- Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills

Preferred Certifications

- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (Preferred)
- CIS – HAM
- CIS – SAM
- CSA (Certified System Administrator)
- ITIL Foundation

Good to Have

- Cloud Asset Management (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- FinOps & Software License Optimization
- Agile/Scrum experience
