What You Do

- Develop and maintain scalable, modular applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
- Design RESTful APIs and work with WebSocket-based communication for embedded hardware integration
- Build responsive interfaces for HMIs and web-based dashboards
- Work closely with firmware, mechanical, and product teams to create seamless hardware-software experiences
- Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews, documentation, and version control
- Collaborate with AI-driven tools to accelerate development (and be open to learning and applying AI in software building)
- Contribute to debugging and performance tuning across both frontend and backend systems
- Understand the "why" behind each product to ensure impactful development with a user-first mindset

Requirements
- 4+ years of full-stack development using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
- Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and state management (Redux/MobX)
- Experience with WebSockets, REST APIs,



and interfacing with hardware (via embedded systems)
- Familiarity with Linux environments (Ubuntu/Raspbian), Git, and Docker
- Willingness to upskill in AI tools/APIs and leverage them in software workflows
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, system design, and debugging practices
- Ability to think end-to-end : from database to UI to device sync
- Transparent communication, team spirit, and a bias for action

Nice to Have
- Exposure to MQTT, Socket.io, or GraphQL
- Understanding of firmware-hardware interactions
- Experience working in hardware startups or on physical product interfaces
- Contributions to open-source, side projects, or personal hardware-software experiments
