Role & responsibilities

- Install and commission rice mill machinery.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation issues.
- Plan preventive/predictive maintenance.
- Enhance machine performance and reduce downtime.

Mentor and train service engineers/technicians.

- Develop manuals, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and checklists.
- Conduct classroom and practical training.
- Ensure safety and service standards are followed.
- Maintain service records and reports.
- Build knowledge base (installation steps, maintenance schedules, troubleshooting charts, RCA reports, spare parts lists).
- Analyze service data to identify recurring issues.
- Build robust customer relationships.
- Train operators and maintenance staff at sites.
- Handle warranty claims and provide technical guidance.
