Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Software Developer with hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and basic to intermediate knowledge of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC). The ideal candidate will support the design, development, configuration, testing, and maintenance of identity governance and administration (IGA) solutions. This role requires strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced identity and access management environment.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) development .
- Strong experience with Application Onboarding, Connectors, Aggregations, Identity Mappings, Roles, Certifications,



Workflows, Policies, and Provisioning/Deprovisioning.
- Hands-on experience in Java and BeanShell Rule Development.
- Positive understanding of Identity Lifecycle Management (JML), RBAC, Access Certifications, and Identity Governance concepts.
- Experience integrating SailPoint with AD/LDAP, Databases, HR Systems, REST APIs, and Web Services.
- Basic exposure to SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC/IdentityNow) is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills with exposure to SDLC, Agile, Git, XML, JSON, and SQL.
