Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions.
- Define enterprise solution architecture and technical blueprints aligned with business strategy and organizational objectives.
- Design and implement SPM modules including Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, Agile Development, Innovation Management, Investment Funding, and Strategic Planning.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand portfolio management processes and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Drive solution architecture reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
- Design enterprise integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Integration Hub, MID Server, and third-party platforms.
- Establish platform governance, development standards, security controls, and upgrade-safe implementation practices.




- Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, including solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Mentor architects and developers while promoting ServiceNow development best practices.
- Conduct platform health assessments and recommend performance, scalability, and security improvements.
- Prepare architecture documents, technical specifications, solution designs, and governance documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases, SPM enhancements, AI capabilities, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 6+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
- Solid expertise in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
- Hands-on experience implementing Demand Management, PPM, Resource Management, Strategic Planning, Agile Development, and Investment Funding.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and scripting.
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MID Server, and enterprise integrations.
- Knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, and Enterprise Service Management.
- Strong stakeholder management and solution consulting experience.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certifications

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Implementation Specialist Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Preferred
