Roles and Responsibilities
- Primary sales responsibility is to develop GT Market in their assigned territory
- Responsible for appointment of Distributors for expansion of the market
- Meeting the sales targets and to set the goals in assigned area
- Understand and Serve the needs of the market
- Manage the sales team for sales growth and revenue enhancement
- Conduct market research to understand the competitors brand strategy
- Rural distributers Appointment
- Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence
- Developing the different sales strategies and setting the goals to achieve performance
- Continuous monitoring of team performance through the Digital Apps
- Provides proper MIS/ competitive activities to HO,
by putting an effective system to capture the same from the market the team
Desired Candidate Profile
- A Graduate with minimum 6-8 years specific experience in General Trade
- MUST HAVE Valuable Exposure to General Trade market at respective Territories
- Ability to appoint and manage Distributors
- Good in analytical knowledge with Facts Figures
- Ability to motivate and lead a team of frontline Sales
- Proven capacity of leading a sales team
- Must be good at Local language and Hindi/English (Spoken)
