Role & responsibilities

This requirement is for the Digital Operations Centre (DOC) Project, a mature (8+ years), AIOps-enabled L1.5 operations hub supporting a complex enterprise environment using tools such as ServiceNow, Dynatrace, LogicMonitor, and Falcon LogScale.

DOC is currently under critical skill and bandwidth constraints due to attrition. Onboarding low-maturity profiles poses significant delivery risk. Existing enablement and SME-led onboarding are designed for resources with prior production exposure, enabling rapid and safe productivity with minimal risk.

This requirement is being tracked as a delivery and operational risk, and timely action is essential.

Minimum Foundational Experience (Non-Negotiable)

Profiles must demonstrate:

- Hands-on experience in live enterprise production environments (shift-based operations)
- Active involvement in P1/P2 incident management (bridge calls, triage, restoration)
- Strong technical triage across application and infrastructure layers
- Transparent understanding of SLAs, escalations, customer risk, and RCA
