Description

We are seeking for a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Project Manager to lead our Agile teams through the successful delivery of software projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile principles, the Scrum framework, and a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams in a quick-paced environment. The Scrum Project Manager will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing any barriers, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

Total experience between 10-12 years, having minimum of 5 years hands-on experience on project management

Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews to ensure the team adheres to Scrum practices and principles

Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams during all the phases (discovery, design, development, testing, business user testing, stake holders engagement)

Manage and maintain product backlogs, ensuring that user stories are prioritized according to stakeholder needs

Adapt best-practices for Agile project management and Scrum processes

Track team progress, manage risks,



and escalate issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables

Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring that all Scrum activities are properly executed and aligned with business goals

Ensure that project milestones, deliverables, and objectives are met on time and within budget

Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives

Collaborate with senior management to define project scope, timelines, and priorities

Provide regular updates and reports to key stakeholders on project progress, risk, issues and mitigation plans

Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications

Qualifications

Bachelor or master s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field

Total experience between 10-12 years, having minimum of 5 years of Scrum or Agile Project Management, with a proven track record of leading Scrum teams in software development

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP certification
