Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Manager Cloud Managed Services to lead cloud operations and delivery within our Technology & Infrastructure team. This role involves managing large-scale cloud environments, driving operational excellence, and leading cross-functional teams supporting global stakeholders.

You will play a critical role in enabling business transformation by ensuring high-performing, secure, and scalable cloud infrastructure aligned with enterprise priorities.

About the Team:

The Technology & Infrastructure team supports enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and IT operations for Deloitte Canada. The team is responsible for managing datacenters, cloud environments, applications, security systems, and network services, ensuring seamless and reliable technology operations.

Key Responsibilities: Role & responsibilities -

- Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams including cloud engineers, DevOps engineers, application operations, and database teams
- Own end-to-end delivery including work intake, resource planning, utilization, and progress tracking
- Act as a primary liaison for PMO and senior stakeholders (SMT)
- Drive program increment planning and align delivery with business and infrastructure priorities
- Oversee design, deployment, monitoring,



and maintenance of Azure cloud infrastructure and applications
- Ensure high standards of performance, scalability, cost optimization, and security compliance
- Manage cloud operations including access control, network security, and data protection
- Lead hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management of team members
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and operational efficiencies
- Ensure smooth incident, event, and infrastructure management

Preferred candidate profile

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 14+ years of experience in IT operations / infrastructure / cloud operations
- 8+ years of experience across SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS environments (public/private/hybrid cloud)
- 5+ years of experience managing cloud-based infrastructure
- Proven experience in leading engineering or operations teams
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including Web Apps and API Management
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud delivery frameworks
- Expertise in tools/technologies such as:
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Azure DevOps
- Git / GitHub
- Docker / Chef

Preferred Skills:

- Azure Certifications (AZ-104, AZ-303, AZ-400)
- Experience with Agile / ITIL methodologies
- Knowledge of SDLC / Secure SDLC practices
- Experience with GitHub Enterprise
- Exposure to CRM or HR technology platforms
- Robust experience in stakeholder reporting (dashboards, trackers)
