- Lead a team of .NET developers to design, develop, test, deploy and maintain complex software applications using .NET Core framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and industry-wide security protocols throughout the development lifecycle.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on .NET technologies.
Job Requirements :
- 10-15 years of experience in .NET development with expertise in .NET Core framework.
- Solid understanding of AWS cloud services and ability to design scalable architectures for large-scale applications.
- Proven track record of leading teams or working as an individual contributor on multiple projects simultaneously.
