About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Software Development Engineer I (SDE I) to join our engineering team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) along with hands-on experience in backend development using Java or Python. You will work on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services while collaborating with cross-functional teams to build high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications and services.
- Write clean, productive, and maintainable code following engineering best practices.
- Solve complex technical problems using strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality features.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and engineering standards.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.




- Debug production issues and implement effective solutions.
- Continuously learn and adopt new technologies and development practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1 3 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Proficiency in Java or Python for backend development.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and backend architecture.
- Familiarity with relational or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with Git and version control systems.
- Good knowledge of software development lifecycle and coding best practices.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to distributed systems and scalable application design.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
