We are seeking for a highly motivated and experienced Test Analyst with strong understanding of Agile principles, different kind of testing frameworks, and a proven track record of working with cross functional teams in a fast-paced environment. The person will be responsible for evaluating software applications, test through multiple phases, identifying bugs, and ensuring the quality and functionality of the project before production deployment.

Experience:

Total experience between 03-05 years, having minimum of 2 years hands-on experience on testing.

Responsibilities

- Maintain professional communication and coordination between cross-functional teams during all the phases (discovery, design, development, testing, business user testing, stake holders engagement)

- Adapt best testing practices for Agile/Scrum based projects

- Perform manual and automated testing on various software applications and systems as per project requirements

- Identify, record, and document bugs and issues using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla)

- Knowledge of SQL and ability to work with databases is much needed

- Prepare test cases, test scenarios, test plans for the respective phase of the project

- Conduct regression,



integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

- Support the implementation of testing frameworks and automation scripts

- Should have prior knowledge and working experience in performing load testing, performance testing using industry leading tools/techniques like JMeter, Load runner

- Provide updates and test reports to the project manager as per the project timelines

- Act as the primary point of contact for testing-related communications

Qualifications

- Bachelor or master s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field

- Total experience between 03-05 years, having minimum of 2 years hands-on experience on testing.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Test, Scrum, Agile certifications are preferrable
