WEB DESIGNER

Job Title: Web Designer
Reports To: IT Head/ Directors
Business Function/Sub-Function: IT
Location: Hyderabad
Role Purpose
As a Web Designer with 5 to 10 years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in our software
development team, contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of cutting-edge
Frontend Technologies. Your primary objective will be to leverage your expertise in Front End
Development, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients and drive
business success.
Skills:
HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, FTP, FileZilla, Photoshop, PPT, Figma
In designing: Adobe suite or any other software
Others: Communication Skills
Education:
BE/ B.Tech in any stream, MCA, MSc in Computers
Key Accountabilities
1. Design, Develop, test and maintain web applications, our products.
2. Develop new features directly impacting the future of our product.
3. Work with a small team(s) of experienced and talented developers to design and develop
modern web applications with a focus on scalability, performance, and usability.
4. Take ownership of assigned tasks, features, and any other development activities in the
product lifecycle from early conception to post-deployment in a fast-paced environment.
5. Employ best practices for code sharing and development to ensure common code base
abstraction across all applications.
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
Essential:
1. Creating Website layout or user interference by using standard HTML, CSS and Bootstrap.

Knowledgeable in user interface, testing, and debugging processes. Equipped with a diverse
and promising skill set.
3. Able to effectively self-manage during independent projects, as well as collaborate as part of
a productive team.
4. Creating separate components for reusing in the project.
5. Managing all facets of site development, from initial design and architecture to site deployment
and client management.
6. Solid expertise in Designing of web-based applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript,
jQuery, Bootstrap 4/5.
7. Expertise in maintains websites, software and understanding and modifying existing code.
8. Extensive Knowledge in developing single-page applications (SPAs) using various JavaScript
frameworks like JavaScript.
9. Having good knowledge in Responsive web design.
10. Should be able to create banners, images, Wireframes using Photoshop, Figma and other
tools, create PPTs and present them when required.
11. Should have experience in FTP, FileZilla and others for transferring files.

Leadership:
The Web Designer is expected to provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to the
development team, ensuring alignment with project goals and adherence to best practices.
Team Management:
Responsible for overseeing the performance and productivity of the development team,
fostering a collaborative and positive work environment, and facilitating effective
communication within the team.
Deliverables:
Accountable for the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions, coordinating with
cross-functional teams as necessary to meet project deadlines and objectives.
