AI Content & Application Developer (Fresher) – Roles & Responsibilities

1. Learn and understand AI concepts, tools, and technologies through company-provided training and self-learning.

2. Develop AI course content, including modules, presentations, assignments, quizzes, hands-on exercises, and supporting documentation.

3. Research the latest AI trends, tools, and technologies to create accurate and engaging educational content.

4. Assist in building AI-powered applications, chatbots, AI agents, and workflow automations under the guidance of senior team members.

5. Create and optimize prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI platforms.

6. Develop demo projects, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and sample applications for learning and training purposes.

7. Test AI applications and course materials, identify issues, and suggest improvements.

8. Prepare user guides, technical documentation, and learning resources for AI applications and courses.

9. Collaborate with the content, technical, and marketing teams to create AI learning materials and product demonstrations.

10. Ensure all content and applications meet the company's quality standards and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.

11. Complete assigned tasks within the stipulated timelines and provide regular progress updates to the reporting manager.

Continuously enhance technical and communication skills by learning new AI tools, frameworks, and industry best practices.

13. Perform any other AI-related development, content creation, research, testing, or documentation tasks assigned by the organization.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree or final-year student in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and emerging technologies.

Basic understanding of AI concepts, Prompt Engineering, Large Language Models (LLMs), and automation tools.

Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar platforms is an advantage.

Basic knowledge of Python, JavaScript, APIs, or web technologies is preferred but not mandatory.

Good research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear and engaging technical content.

Passion for developing AI course content, tutorials, presentations, and learning materials.

Eagerness to learn recent AI tools, frameworks, and technologies.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
