About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Domestic Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, sourcing qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring requirements across various positions in India.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle end-to-end domestic recruitment activities.

* Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.

* Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and other channels.

* Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

* Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.





* Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

* Manage candidate follow-ups and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

* Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment trackers/ATS.

* Coordinate offer, onboarding, and documentation processes.

* Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines.

* Stay updated with current hiring trends and talent-market practices.

Required Skills

* 35 years of experience in Domestic Recruitment.

* Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.

* Good understanding of IT and/or Non-IT recruitment.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Solid follow-up and coordination skills.

* Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.

* Experience with job portals and Applicant Tracking Systems.
