Qualifications

Required:

- 6- 9 years of experience developing and deploying machine learning solutions
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or another quantitative field
- Experience using Python for data preparation, feature engineering, and machine learning model development
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
- Experience processing large or distributed datasets using PySpark, Dask, or similar tools
- Experience with MLflow for experiment tracking, model management, and lifecycle management
- Experience building and deploying machine learning pipelines, model-serving APIs,



and cloud-based machine learning solutions using platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud Platform

Preferred:

- PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or another quantitative field
- Experience with Databricks
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau, or Power BI
- Experience with model evaluation, interpretability, responsible artificial intelligence, and machine learning operations practices
- Experience conducting code reviews and mentoring junior team members
- Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or Amazon CodeWhisperer
