Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Risk & Compliance: Basel Regulatory Capital, Liquidity Risk, ALM, IFRS9
2. FTP & EPM: Fund Transfer Pricing, Profitability, Balance Sheet Planning, GL-Recon
You will bridge Finance, Treasury, and Risk teams to ensure OFSAA outputs meet regulatory, management, and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Risk & Compliance Stream

• Configure and enhance OFSAA Basel Regulatory Capital, LCR/NSFR Liquidity Risk, ALM modules
• Support IFRS9 ECL calculations and staging logic within OFSAA
• Own data lineage from source systems OFSAA FSDF Regulatory Reports (COREP/FINREP)
• Work with Model Risk, Validation, and Audit teams on regulatory submissions
• Lead UAT/SIT for Basel IV and IRRBB updates

FTP & EPM Stream

• Design and maintain OFSAA FTP curves, transfer pricing methodologies, matched-maturity rates
• Implement PFT allocation rules for product/customer/segment profitability
• Build BSP scenarios for balance sheet, NII, NIM forecasting under ICAAP/ILAAP




• Manage GL-Recon between OFSAA and Oracle GL/SAP
• Partner with FP&A; and Treasury for monthly closing and planning cycles

Cross-Functional

• Draft BRD, FSD, mapping docs, and test cases
• Support Agile/Water-Scrum-Fall delivery with 2-week sprints

Requirements:

Must Have:

1. 6-10 years hands-on OFSAA implementation in Tier 1 banks
2. Techno-functional expertise in OFSAA 8.0+ with modules:
o ERM: Basel RC, ALM, Liquidity Risk, IFRS9
o EPM: FTP, PFT, BSP, GL-Recon
3. Robust PL/SQL, T2T, DT, OFSAA Data Model, OBIEE/OAC
4. Banking domain knowledge: Basel III/IV, IRRBB, LCR, NSFR, IFRS9, FTP curves
5. Experience with Agile delivery and regulatory reporting timelines
6. Excellent English; Swedish/Danish a plus but not required

Preferred:

• Oracle OFSAA certification
• Exposure to Cloud Migration OFSAA to OCI
