- Lead the implementation of finance operations processes, including procure-to-pay and order-to-cash cycles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes using ERP systems.
- Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Job Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience in finance operations or a related field (CA preferred).
- Solid understanding of FPA (Financial Processes & Accounting) principles and practices.
- Experience with ERP implementation or maintenance is required; knowledge of multiple ERP systems an asset.
