Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete Finance & Accounts function.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle accounting, bookkeeping, and general ledger activities.
- Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, PF, ESI, ROC, and other statutory requirements.
- Manage US accounting and financial reporting (US GAAP), including exposure to US tax filings.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
- Manage cash flow, banking, treasury, and working capital.
- Coordinate internal, statutory, and tax audits.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial dashboards for management.
- Monitor receivables, payables, vendor reconciliations, and expense management.
- Work closely with Sales, HR, Operations, and Procurement teams on financial matters.




- Lead and mentor the finance team while improving financial processes and controls.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of Finance & Accounting experience.
- 34 years of team handling or finance leadership experience.
- Robust knowledge of Financial Reporting, Finalization of Accounts, and Ind-AS/IFRS.
- Hands-on experience with US Accounting & US GAAP (Mandatory).
- Knowledge of Income Tax, GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Good understanding of treasury and cash flow management.
- Experience in audit handling and internal controls.
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (Mandatory), Tally, or Zoho Books.
- Advanced MS Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
