Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter with 24 years of experience in US IT Staffing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates for Direct Clients, MSP/VMS, and Implementation Partners while working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source IT professionals through Dice, LinkedIn, JobDiva, and other job portals.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, visa status, communication, and client requirements.
- Submit qualified candidates to Direct Clients, MSP/VMS, and Prime Vendors.
- Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates and clients, and manage the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS regularly.
- Build strong relationships with consultants and hiring managers.
Required Skills:
- 2–4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Robust knowledge of US Visas (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, H4 EAD, TN).
- Experience working with Direct Clients, MSP/VMS, and Implementation Partners.
- Hands-on experience with Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, and ATS tools (JobDiva/Ceipal).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
