About the Role

The Resident Manager preferably a female leadership position, will be responsible for the overall operations, guest experience, and performance of the Luxury Villas and Glamping accommodations at Dolphin Hotels, Ramoji Film City. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring on-site residency to ensure seamless 24/7 operations, exceptional hospitality standards, and alignment with the brands commitment to luxury and experiential stays within the largest film city.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day operations of luxury villas and glamping units, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B; coordination.
- Coordinate closely with other hotel properties within Ramoji Film City (Sitara, Tara, Shantiniketan, Sahara, Greens Inn etc.) for shared services and seamless guest experience.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, fire, and statutory regulations.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (occupancy, guest satisfaction scores, maintenance issues, etc.).
- Act as the primary on-site point of contact for management, emergency situations, and VIP guests.
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, security, and presentation across all accommodations and common areas.

memorable guest experiences consistent with luxury hospitality standards.
- Manage inventory, budgets, occupancy, and revenue optimization for the villas and glamping portfolio.
- Lead, train, and motivate the on-site team (front office, housekeeping, engineering support, and service staff).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for product quality, sustainability, and operational efficiency in the villa and glamping offering.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree / Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
- 10-15 years of progressive experience in hotel operations, with at least 23 years in a managerial capacity overseeing rooms division, villas, resorts, or similar accommodations.
- Prior experience with luxury properties, boutique resorts, or alternative accommodations (villas/glamping) is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, communication, and guest-relations skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays; must be willing to reside on-site or nearby.
- Excellent problem-solving ability and calm demeanor under pressure.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (Telugu preferred).
