Job Title: ERP Analytics Oracle EPM - ARCS-Senior

Experience: 4 to 7/8 years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Account Reconciliation (ARCS) to lead the design and implementation of Reconciliation & Matching solutions across financial and operational domains and should be able to collaborate with finance and IT teams to streamline reconciliation processes, ensure compliance, and deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement a comprehensive account reconciliation (Oracle ARCS) solution
- Configure reconciliation profiles, formats, match types, Reconciliation rules and workflows
- Implement workflow automation, aging rules, and structured reconciliation timelines to support accurate and timely financial close




- Manage data integration from various source system using Data Exchange for both Balance and Transaction
- Configure matching profiles and match types to enable auto-match rules, and manage exceptions for transaction reconciliation
- Manage and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing phases to ensure smooth deployment and timely issue resolution
- Develop comprehensive functional documentation and training materials; facilitate hands-on workshops for end users
- Conduct training sessions, prepare documentation, and provide ongoing support to end users.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Oracle ARCS implementation.
- Familiarity with Cloud REST APIs
- Exposure to scripting or automation tools for data transformation.
- Agile project experience is a plus.
- Oracle ARCS certification is a solid advantage.
