Job Role

- Reviewing and analyzing claim form UB04 to ensure accurate billing information.




- Make outbound calls to insurance providers for claim follow-ups and resolutions.
- Resolve denials & escalate unresolved claims.
- Maintain call quality & productivity standards.

Requirements:

- Min 1 Year of experience in US Healthcare in AR Follow-Up Can Apply.
- Min 6 Months of Experience in Hospital Billing is Mandatory
- EPIC PMS experience
- Should have a thorough understanding of Provider claim life cycle.
- Must have thorough knowledge of major insurance payers.
