The target candidate should have direct ownership of Agile delivery operations, including:
- Facilitating all Scrum ceremonies
- Managing sprint execution and backlog refinements.
- Working closely with Product Owners and senior leaders to maintain a continuous pipeline of backlog
- Tracking Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, sprint progress, and delivery health
- Proactively removing impediments across teams
- Strong practical experience using Azure DevOps in day-to-day Agile delivery
- Strong stakeholder management, communication , negotiation skills experience with senior leaders SM level and above
- Team working agreements and improving agile processes
Examples such as end-to-end SDLC ownership, architecture/design leadership, dashboard/reporting, support operations, SLA management,
or managing multiple delivery projects do not by themselves meet the requirement unless the profile also clearly demonstrates 68+ years of solid Agile PM / Scrum Master ownership.
