About the Role

OA Helper is a placement-prep product built on a bank of verified online-assessment questions from top tech companies. We're hiring a Content Creator to own its entire content output design, video, and the ideas behind both — across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and campus channels.

This is a single-owner role. You will design, shoot, edit and publish without waiting on a senior designer or a video team.

Responsibilities

- Design social and marketing assets: Instagram carousels, story templates, LinkedIn posts, YouTube thumbnails, WhatsApp banners, campus posters and Meta ad creatives.
- Shoot and edit short-form video end to end — Reels, YouTube Shorts, question walkthroughs, campus vlogs and creator collaborations, mostly on a phone.
- Write shot lists and direct founders, students and creators on camera.
- Ship 4–5 Reels, 3–4 static posts and daily story sets each week, plus 2–3 ad creatives per campaign.
- Pitch hooks, captions and new content formats rather than only executing briefs.
- Track weekly performance — reach, saves, CTR, CPC and attributed sign-ups — and adjust output accordingly.




- Run one original content experiment each month.

Requirements

- 1–2 years creating content for a brand, creator or agency. Portfolio matters more than degree.
- Working knowledge of Canva plus one of Figma, Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Video editing in CapCut, Premiere Pro or Final Cut.
- Demonstrated ability to shoot usable footage on a phone — lighting, framing and audio.
- Strong grasp of short-form pacing and current formats.
- Clear writing in English and Hinglish.
- Basic technical literacy: you can read a coding question and understand what it asks, and you understand placement season, LeetCode and student hiring.

Preferred

- Prior work with an EdTech, coding or student-focused brand.
- A personal presence on Instagram or YouTube.
- Experience shooting talking-head video with a founder or creator.
- Experience producing Meta ad creatives.
