Currently We Are Hiring for Medical Coder Denial Coding

Location: Hyderabad (Gopanapalli)

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Shift: Evening / Night Shift

Experience: 1+ Year (AA Band) | 2+ Years (B1 – SME/QA)

CTC: Up to 5.86 LPA (AA Band) | Up to 7.36 LPA (B1 Band)

Responsibilities:

1. Review and code denied medical claims accurately.

2. Analyze denial reasons and ensure coding compliance.

3. Handle multi-specialty denial coding activities.

4. Follow ICD-10-CM, CPT, and coding guidelines.

5. Maintain coding quality and productivity standards.

6. Resolve coding-related discrepancies within TAT.

7. Coordinate with internal teams for claim resolution.

8. Prepare for denial scenario-based technical discussions.

Candidate Requirements:

1.



Minimum 1+ year of Medical Coding experience (any specialty except HCC) for AA Band.

2. Minimum 2+ years of Denial Coding experience in multi-specialty for B1 (SME/QA).

3. Mandatory certification: CPC / CPC-A / COC / CCS / CCS-P / CCA.

4. Willing to work from the Hyderabad (Gopanapalli) office.

5. Comfortable working evening and night shifts.

6. Immediate joiners preferred.

7. Good communication skills and attention to detail.
