- We are seeking a skilled Workforce Management (WFM) Analyst with hands-on experience in ActivTrak to monitor workforce productivity, optimize employee utilization, and provide actionable insights through analytics and reporting. The ideal candidate will have expertise in workforce analytics, employee activity monitoring, dashboard creation, and performance reporting, while collaborating with HR, Operations, and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities

- Administer and manage the ActivTrak platform across the organization.
- Configure users, teams, policies, alerts, and productivity settings within ActivTrak.
- Monitor workforce productivity, utilization, attendance patterns, and application usage.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and executive-level productivity metrics.
- Analyze workforce trends and recommend improvements to optimize operational efficiency.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly productivity reports for leadership teams.
- Configure productivity classifications, application categories, and website classifications.
- Track employee engagement, focus time, idle time, and utilization metrics.
- Identify productivity bottlenecks and provide actionable recommendations.




- Work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to improve workforce performance.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security, privacy, and governance policies.
- Support audits, troubleshooting, and user onboarding for the ActivTrak platform.
- Automate reporting wherever possible using Power BI, Excel, or scripting tools.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles for WFM processes.
- Required Skills

- 38 years of Workforce Management or Workforce Analytics experience.
- Hands-on experience with ActivTrak Administration.
- Robust understanding of workforce productivity analytics and employee monitoring.
- Experience creating dashboards and reports using ActivTrak.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
- Knowledge of workforce planning and utilization metrics.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional business teams.
