Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager – Retreats to lead marketing initiatives for our luxury retreat and hospitality portfolio. The ideal candidate should possess a robust blend of performance marketing expertise, luxury brand-building capabilities, and hospitality marketing experience.

The role will be responsible for driving awareness, lead generation, direct bookings, occupancy growth, and revenue performance through integrated digital and offline marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Digital & Performance Marketing

Lead performance marketing initiatives across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.

Drive qualified lead generation, direct bookings, and customer acquisition.

Monitor and optimize campaign performance, CPL, CAC,



conversion rates, and ROAS.

Manage website traffic growth, remarketing campaigns, and marketing analytics.

Brand & Content Marketing

Develop and execute luxury brand campaigns for retreat and hospitality properties.

Manage social media strategy, content marketing, storytelling, influencer collaborations, and PR initiatives.

Create seasonal, experiential, wellness, and destination-focused campaigns to increase occupancy and guest engagement.

Hospitality & Partnership Marketing

Build strategic partnerships with luxury travel agencies, wellness communities, corporates, concierge networks, and hospitality partners.

Strengthen OTA relationships and maximize visibility across hospitality booking platforms.

Identify new customer acquisition channels and revenue opportunities.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Revenue Management, and Leadership teams.

Manage external agencies, creative partners, and marketing vendors.

Present campaign performance reports and marketing insights to senior management.

Candidate Profile

Essential Requirements

5–15 years of experience in Luxury Hospitality, Resorts, Retreats, Wellness, Travel, or Lifestyle Marketing

Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, GA4, CRM, and marketing automation tools

Proven track record in performance marketing, customer acquisition, and revenue generation

Experience managing luxury consumer and HNI-focused marketing campaigns

Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Experience handling agencies, media partners, and external vendors

Preferred Experience

Experience with luxury hotels, wellness resorts, heritage properties, destination retreats, or premium hospitality brands

Exposure to pre-opening hospitality marketing initiatives

Understanding of OTA marketing, hospitality distribution channels, and guest lifecycle management
