- Minimum 3 years of related work experience.
- B.E./B.Tech in a related field such as B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar discipline. Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
- Proficiency in platform design, implementation, and deployment.Intermediate technical support and infrastructure monitoring capabilities.
- Experience with patch management, maintenance, and backup procedures.
- Familiarity with software development, debugging, and testing.
- Strong knowledge of software programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#) and database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
- Ability to mentor and guide project teams and staff.
- Robust documentation and communication skills.
- Experience working with SCCM
