We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for technology roles across India. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and closing technical positions in a fast-paced work-from-office environment in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment life cycle for IT roles, including requirement intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, internal databases, social media, and professional networks.
- Recruit for a variety of technology roles across software development, cloud, data, DevOps, testing, infrastructure, ERP, cybersecurity, and product engineering.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, role expectations, timelines, and candidate evaluation criteria.
- Screen candidates for technical skills, communication ability, compensation expectations, notice period, location preference, and overall fit.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, maintain candidate communication, and ensure a positive candidate experience.




- Drive closures by managing salary discussions, offer follow-ups, counteroffer risks, and joining confirmation.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, dashboards, and hiring status updates using ATS or internal tracking tools.
- Stay updated on technology hiring trends, competitor talent mapping, market compensation, and availability of niche skills in India.

Required Skills and Experience

- 57 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably for India domestic hiring.
- Strong hands-on experience with end-to-end recruitment for technical roles.
- Valuable understanding of IT skills, technology stacks, job families, and role mapping.
- Experience using sourcing platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Indeed, referrals, and database search.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously and work within defined hiring timelines.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, follow-up, and candidate engagement skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work from office in Hyderabad on a contractor basis.
- Experience in staffing, IT services, consulting, product, GCC, or technology hiring environments will be preferred.





Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in any discipline; MBA or PG specialization in Human Resources is an advantage.
- Experience hiring for niche and high-demand technologies such as Java, Python, .NET, React, Angular, AWS, Azure, DevOps, Data Engineering, SAP, Salesforce, Cybersecurity, and QA Automation.
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, source mix, interview conversion, and joining ratio.
- Prior experience with ATS tools, recruitment dashboards, and hiring reports.

This is a work-from-office role based in Hyderabad.
