Job description

Hiring ServiceNow professionals with strong experience in one or more key ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, SecOps, ITAM, FSM, GRC and App Engine Development. The role requires expertise in requirement gathering, solution design, platform configuration, workflow automation, integrations, reporting, testing, deployment, and stakeholder management for enterprise ServiceNow implementations.

Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and design scalable ServiceNow solutions across one or more modules
- Configure and implement workflows, forms, catalogs, SLAs, reports, dashboards, knowledge articles, ACLs, and automations on the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and customize solutions using JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and scoped applications.
- Support integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, and data import tools
- Participate in end-to-end delivery including design, build, testing, deployment, documentation, and hypercare support
- Work closely with clients, business stakeholders, architects, admins, developers, and support teams.

Module requirements

- ITSM: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, SLA, Knowledge Management.
- ITOM: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, operational visibility.
- CSM:



Case Management, customer workflows, portal, knowledge, support operations.
- HRSD: HR Case Management, employee workflows, onboarding, lifecycle events.
- SPM: Demand, Project, Portfolio, resource and investment planning.
- SecOps: Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, security workflow integration.
- GRC: Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
- ITAM: Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, compliance, lifecycle tracking.
- FSM: Work orders, dispatch, assignment, mobile field service workflows.
- App Engine/Development: Custom applications, automation, integrations, platform extension.

Required skills

- 5 to 12 years of IT experience with relevant ServiceNow implementation, administration, development, or consulting experience (NOTE :- Relevant Experince should be more than or equal to 5 Years)
- Robust knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and enterprise workflow design.
- Hands-on experience in JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, CMDB, and ServiceNow customization
- Good understanding of Agile delivery, documentation, testing, and stakeholder communication.

Ability to work on multi-module implementations and enhancement projects
