Job Title: Implementation Executive / Implementation Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

- Support clients during product implementation and onboarding.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
- Track client issues and ensure they are resolved within the agreed timelines.
- Escalate technical issues whenever required.
- Test new features and bug fixes before sharing with clients.
- Conduct online/offline training sessions for clients and students.
- Prepare user guides, FAQs, and other documentation.
- Maintain implementation and training schedules.
- Communicate regularly with clients to ensure smooth implementation.

Required Skills:

- Bachelor's Degree (Any Discipline).




- Minimum 2 years of experience in Client Support, Implementation, or SaaS Product Support.
- Positive communication and documentation skills.
- Experience in requirement gathering and client coordination.
- Basic knowledge of testing/UAT.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working with SaaS products.
- Client training and onboarding experience.
- Good documentation and presentation skills
