- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Testing.
- Experience in testing Salesforce applications such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Robust knowledge of Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and UAT testing.
- Experience in creating Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scenarios, and Defect Reports.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and Apex-triggered functionalities.
- Good understanding of Lightning Experience (LWC) and Salesforce UI testing.
- Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of SOQL, Salesforce Data Loader, and test data preparation.
- Exposure to API testing using Postman or similar tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC/STLC.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Good to Have:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Exposure to Selenium or other test automation tools.
