2 Way Cab is Provided

Voice Process Experience

Technical Support Experience is preferred

Roles and Responsibilities:

- To provide best in class Technical support to customers over Phone.
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
- Follow standard operating procedures & escalate to internal teams for quicker resolution.
- Document solutions in the form of knowledge base,



Tech notes and Articles and help build a robust knowledge base which can be referred in the future.
- Documenting all troubleshooting performed on the call

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Basic networking skills
- Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts
- Graduate or Post Graduate
