Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture, platform capabilities, and end-to-end ITSM implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations including org setup and platform configuration
Design and implement core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge)
Design and govern CMDB architecture, data models, and best practices
Build and automate workflows using Flow Designer
Design and manage Service Catalog items including complex workflows
Customize and enhance Service Portal for optimal user experience
Implement and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs




Configure and deploy Virtual Agent and Now Assist
Provide architectural guidance, best practices, and technical leadership
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable business solutions
Ensure platform performance, security, and scalability

IT Asset Management (ITAM)
IT Operations Management (ITOM – Discovery, Event Management)
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
Expertise in ITSM, CMDB, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and Service Portal
Integration and automation experience
Scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Glide API)
Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
