- Project Timeline Management - Track timelines of active and planned products; ensure timely closure of tasks across stakeholders, and highlight delays.
- Reporting, Dashboards & Visualization - Present product timelines, delays, and updates using Excel-based charts and dashboards (Gantt, pie charts, MIS trackers). Generate periodic (weekly/monthly) status reports and dashboards for leadership review.
- Documentation & Governance - Capture Minutes of Meeting (MoM) for product update meetings and maintain end-to-end documentation of updates.
- Tools & Systems - Working knowledge of JIRA or similar tracking tools.
