Job Description : We are hiring an experienced and dynamic Assistant General Manager (AGM) to drive our sales operations in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will head our dealer-distributor network and expand our footprint in the project and builder segments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Network Management: Drive sales through the existing distributor and dealer network.
- Channel Expansion: Identify and appoint recent dealers and distributors to expand market reach.
- B2B Onboarding: Strategically onboard key contractors, builders, architects, and infrastructure developers.
- Team Leadership: Monitor, mentor, and guide the regional sales team to achieve targets.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze competitor activities, pricing trends, and market demands constantly.
- Revenue Growth: Own the regional sales targets and ensure timely payment collections.
