Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Senior Manager with robust AI and Generative AI expertise to lead the offshore ServiceNow development and platform engineering organization. This role will be responsible for driving the strategy, delivery, governance, and operational excellence of the enterprise ServiceNow platform while accelerating the adoption of ServiceNow AI, GenAI, and intelligent automation capabilities across the organization.

The Senior Manager will lead a team of ServiceNow Technical Leads and Platform Leads, providing strategic leadership, technical guidance, and operational oversight for platform development, enhancements, integrations, AI-driven solutions, and platform operations. The role requires a strong blend of leadership, architecture, ServiceNow platform expertise, AI innovation, stakeholder management, and delivery execution.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large ServiceNow programs, driving platform modernization, implementing AI-enabled solutions, improving engineering effectiveness, and building high-performing technical teams.

Qualifications/Experience:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 15+ years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform leadership and delivery experience.




- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Employee Center, HRSD, and platform integrations.
- Proven experience leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations, migrations, and transformation programs in global enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated success managing cross-functional engineering, development, and support teams delivering high-quality solutions.
- Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies, governance frameworks, and service management best practices (ITIL preferred).
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner with business leaders, product owners, vendors, and executive leadership.
- Experience defining platform roadmaps, driving adoption, standardization, automation, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of AI-enabled ServiceNow capabilities, Virtual Agent, Generative AI, workflow automation, and digital employee experience solutions is highly desirable.
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills with experience managing distributed teams.
