Describe the key deliverables to be achieved by the post holder and the ongoing responsibilities of the role

1. Technical Configuration/Customization/Data: You will apply expert SAP skills, working with third party solutions providers, developers and Core Technology/Platforms to conduct technical configuration/customization of solutions that meet our customers needs and provide a great user experience.

Experience of the following is essential;

- Finance-Accounts Receivables
- Customer master data, BP-business partner
- Non-stock invoice process
- Dunning process
- Customer correspondence process
- Cash Application process and tools (e.g 3rd party add-on in SAP; Autobank)
- Banking process (e.g automatic payment program, payment file format, EBS-Electronic Bank Statement, remittance advice, payment methods e.g. DD-Direct Debit, BOE-Bill of Exchange, SEPA, Credit card, etc)
- Sales order and invoicing process (credit check, credit card payment process with payment processors (e.g 3rd party add-on in SAP; ES2P/EPX), invoicing)

- FSCM-Financial Supply Chain Management
- FSCM Credit Management
- FSCM Collections Management
- FSCM Dispute Management

Experience of the following is desirable;

- S/4 HANA
- Fiori, Fiori apps in S/4 HANA
- Data Migration
- Reporting solutions
- Implementing and integrating SAAS Cloud Based solutions
- E-invoicing
- Change control process
- 3rd party relations management (e.g. Bank, Credit Agency, SAP, SAP add-on partners, SI-System integrators)
- Technical teams relations management (Integration team e.g. Middleware, PI/PO for e.g. interface design, build, test coordination)

2. Data Protection: Develop a sound knowledge of policies and processes regarding protection of sensitive data

3. Quality, Risk & Compliance:



understanding risk management policies and practices, external regulatory and statutory requirements e.g. GxP, SARBOX and that Tech continuity plans are in place for all business-critical products

4. Change & Release management: Manage change activity into the production service in a compliant and effective manner

5. Integrations: Ensure data passing from upstream systems or providers (e.g. Smarteye) or to downstream systems (i.e. Global ERP and SAAS Cloud Systems) through integrations is efficient, accurate and secure. This also includes building reporting capabilities that support both operational reporting as well as analytic reporting.

6. Process Improvement: support ongoing product and technical improvements adopting a mixture of delivery methodologies where appropriate but focusing on value to the customers.

7. Technical Product Deliverables: Ensuring completion of technical deliverables as outlined by Product Owner/GRC and ensuring technical aspects of solution are achieved.

8. Operational Support: Work with support organization to trouble shoot incidents and escalations providing resolution to break-fix issues. Demonstrate an ability to resolve complex issues, manage user relationships and delivery. Proactively seek ways to reduce the volume of support work, identifying common/recurring issues, and proposing improvements.

Minimum Level of Job-Related Experience required

- Preferred min. 5 years relevant experience in major global Tech organization
- Track record in successful technical development, solution design, programme and product delivery, and service management.
- Track record of deploying SAP FS-AR/FSCM modules, functions
- This will be hands-on experience (e.g. the candidate will have carried out configuration and design in SAP modules ERP systems themselves). A technical interview on SAP skills is part of the interview process.
- Demonstrated breadth of knowledge and solution delivery experience across the end-to-end financial process and its integration points with other processes (O2C, Banking, etc.).
- Experience as a Technical Analyst
- Experience of working with third parties in the delivery of working products
- Excellent relationship management, strong influencing and communication skills
- Deep content knowledge of respective functional area (business operating models, processes & products)
