Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Enterprise Architect to lead the architecture strategy, governance, and transformation initiatives across our SAP landscape. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA implementations, enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud transformation, and emerging SAP technologies.

As a strategic technology leader, you will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and SAP delivery teams to define future-state architecture, establish governance standards, drive innovation, and align technology investments with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and maintain enterprise-wide SAP architecture aligned with business goals.
- Develop architecture roadmaps for SAP modernization, transformation, and cloud adoption initiatives.
- Evaluate existing SAP ecosystems and recommend scalable, future-ready solutions.
- Lead architecture strategy for S/4HANA, SAP BTP, Fiori, UI5, GenAI, and cloud migration programs.
- Establish and enforce architecture standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
- Define integration, data, security, and application architecture standards across SAP platforms.
- Collaborate with business leaders and executive stakeholders to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to solution architects, SAP consultants, and development teams.
- Drive enterprise-wide process mapping, capability mapping, and SAP strategic roadmap planning.




- Support critical production issues and provide technical/functional guidance for complex SAP environments.
- Mentor SAP teams and promote architecture excellence across projects.

Must-Have Skills

- 10+ years of SAP experience with ECC and S/4HANA implementations.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in SAP Enterprise Architecture leadership roles.
- Robust expertise in Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
- Experience with architecture modeling tools such as ArchiMate or equivalent.
- Hands-on expertise across SAP technical areas:
- SAP BTP
- SAP Fiori
- UI5
- ABAP
- BASIS
- HANA
- PI/PO
- SAP SAC / Power BI
- SAP Intelligent RPA
- SAP GRC

- Strong understanding of SAP functional modules:

- MM
- PM
- FICO
- SD
- PP
- Ariba

- Experience in SAP business capability mapping and enterprise roadmap planning.
- Experience supporting large-scale production environments and transformation programs.
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- SAP Certified Professional – SAP Enterprise Architect preferred.

Positive to Have

- Deep hands-on experience with SAP BTP, Fiori, UI5, and GenAI solutions.
- Experience with Rise with SAP migrations (Greenfield/Brownfield).
- TOGAF Certification.
- AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, ITIL, or PMP certifications.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale SAP transformation programs and teams.
