About the Role

GoOnline Trainings is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to connect with prospective students and working professionals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to generate admissions by effectively explaining our online IT training programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on inbound inquiries.
- Explain course details, certifications, placement support, fee structure, and career opportunities.
- Understand candidates' learning requirements and recommend suitable training programs.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates to maximize conversions.
- Update lead information accurately in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and admission targets.
- Handle student queries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with the counseling and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
- Participate in promotional campaigns and lead generation activities.
- Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.

Eligibility Criteria

- Any Graduate.
- 1-3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or EdTech Sales.
- Experience in education, training, or service-based industries is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
