Role & Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day operations of a team of content moderators, including work and attendance monitoring in line with organizational policies and legal requirements.
- Provide effective coaching to team members to ensure consistent high performance.
- Identify performance-related issues, develop action plans, and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure service delivery meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial expectations.
- Communicate expectations clearly and provide timely updates to employees.
- Act as a subject matter expert in handling escalated customer calls when required.
- Conduct team meetings to share updates, encourage input,



and organize team activities.
- Stay updated on internal processes, policies, and procedures; attend required manager development training.

Key Skills & Knowledge

- Graduate degree .
- experience in Content moderation (Mandatory)
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in content moderation, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Highly motivated with strong coaching and mentoring skills to drive team performance.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Robust oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and provide direction to team members.
