- Bid Evaluation & Feasibility: Conduct "bid-or-no-bid" analyses based on technical capacity, machinery requirements (trommels, excavators), and site criteria.
- Cost & Rate Analysis: Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) cost models, factoring in processing tonnage, segregation, RDF (Refuse Derived Fuel) disposal, and soil stabilization.
- Documentation & Compliance: Assemble complete technical and financial proposals matching strict municipal guidelines, including EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) and past project credentials.
Preferred candidate profile
- Education: Bachelors degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience in government tendering, bid management, or solid waste management projects.
- Skills: Solid proficiency in MS Excel, financial costing, technical writing, and familiarity with e-tendering portals.
