Products Sales Manager

A Software Product Sales Manager drives revenue growth for PC Insurance software/SaaS products by leading sales teams, developing strategic sales plans, and building executive-level client relationships

They are responsible for meeting sales targets, forecasting revenue, negotiating high-value deals, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine market positioning

Job Title: Software Product Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Generation: Achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue goals

Strategy Development: Create and execute strategic plans to drive adoption of software products within assigned markets or named accounts

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and train a high-performing sales team to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing

Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers

Product Demonstration Negotiation: Lead product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiate complex contracts with clients

Sales Forecasting: Ensure accurate and timely sales forecasts in CRM systems

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product management, marketing,



and technical teams to align sales strategies with product capabilities and market needs

Required Qualifications Skills

Experience: 12 15 years of experience in B2B and B2C software/SaaS sales, with significant experience in sales leadership

Domain Expertise: Solid understanding of specific industry dynamics (eg, PC Insurance, Fintech, InsurTech and IT Services)

Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is preferred

Skills: Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills

Technology: Proficiency with AI/ML, PC Insurance Products (more specifically Guidewire), CRM tools like Salesforce
