Job Responsibilities:

- Incubator temperature monitoring and cleaning Records.
- Perform EVM monitoring.
- Balance calibration and pH meter calibration.
- Media Preparation and Media pouring.
- All areas temperature monitoring.
- Microbial limit test analysis of water sample.
- Media preparation record and its maintaining of all the media used in water testing.
- Autoclave logbook for both vertical and double door autoclave.
- Media destruction record.
- Daily usage log entry.
- Ensuring best microbiology laboratory practices in microbiology laboratory.Role & responsibilities
