Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Technical Consultant & Lead - Development with strong expertise in Oracle Applications development and customization. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in Oracle EBS technical components and be capable of working closely with functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle EBS customizations and extensions.
- Develop PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, Forms, Reports, and Interfaces.
- Build and support OAF, Workflow, and BI Publisher solutions.
- Work with functional consultants to understand business requirements and prepare technical solutions.
- Develop and support inbound/outbound integrations with external systems.
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.
- Support Oracle EBS upgrades, patching, migration, and production support activities.
- Prepare technical design documentation, test cases, and deployment documents.
Required Experience
- Strong experience in Oracle EBS Technical Development.
- Expertise in PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, OAF, Workflow, and BI Publisher.
- Experience with RICE components.
- Understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and modules.
- Solid analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
