Roles & Responsibilities

* Review customer enquiries, RFQs and tender documents to understand project requirements.

* Study architectural, structural and engineering drawings to identify the required products and technical specifications.

* Prepare accurate techno-commercial quotations, BOQs and cost estimates for industrial entrance solutions including rolling shutters, sectional doors, high-speed doors, dock levelers and related products.

* Coordinate with the Sales, Design, Production and Procurement teams for technical clarifications and costing.

* Ensure timely submission of quotations, tenders and commercial proposals within customer deadlines.

* Evaluate project specifications, identify deviations and recommend suitable product solutions.

* Analyse competitor offerings and support competitive pricing strategies to improve order conversion.

* Maintain quotation records, tender documents and proposal documentation in the ERP/CRM system.





* Provide technical support to the Sales team during customer discussions, bid clarifications and negotiations.

* Continuously improve quotation accuracy, response time and proposal quality while ensuring company profitability.

What were looking for:

* Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing or Mechatronics Engineering.

* 2–5 years of experience in proposal engineering, tendering, estimation or techno-commercial quotations for industrial or engineered products.

* Ability to read engineering and architectural drawings.

* Good understanding of costing, BOQ preparation and quotation processes.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

* Robust analytical, communication and coordination skills.
